Arrival at Casa Spazio Zero in Quarrata. Meeting with the guide in Pistoia to visit the city's main points:

Cathedral of San Zeno, Piazza del Duomo, Piazza della Sala, Church of S. Andrea Apostolo, Baptistery of San Giovanni, Palazzo del Comune, Parish of San Bartolomeo and the bell tower of the Cathedral.

At the end of the guided tour, tasting of Pippi at the Bottega dei Pippi (typical Pistoia biscuits) and baked goods at the Fanti bakery. Possibility to stop at the Radici Italiane shop to buy local products.


Continuing the fascinating journey awaits you, to learn about the history of the Marini family (winemakers in Pistoia) by walking through the vineyards, visiting the cellar and the evocative Vinsantaia where the traditional Vin Santo is produced, which in the Tuscan tradition symbolizes hospitality and friendship. The tour continues with a visit to the company oil mill where the Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is directly produced. At the end of the Wine lovers tour, it will be possible to taste 3 wines (1 White Wine and 2 Red Wine) paired with: Bruschetta, cured meats and typical local cheeses, accompanied by Vin Santo Jelly. The tasting ends with the tasting of the Vin Santo del Chianti DOC combined with fragrant biscuits whose recipe is enriched with Marini oil and Vin Santo. Dinner at the Toscana Fair restaurant and return to Casalguidi.
